Certificate/Articles of Incorporation
• Community Tax Certificate
• Barangay Clearance
• Location Clearance
• Certificate of Occupancy
• Building Permit
• Fire Safety/Inspection Perm it
• Electrical Inspection Certificate
• Contract of Lease
• Picture/Sketch of the Site
• Public Liability Insurance (for restaurants,
mall, cinemas)
• SSS Registration
